- Imani Theatre Ensemble (non-profit theatrical company) will sponsor a fundraiser for Anthony Salmon. Funds raised will be used towards Anthony's medial expenses. Anthony Salmon,a local high school senior was paralyzed during a football game. - PRESS RELEASE Contact: Stephen Beals 315.568.4265 cell: 315.569.9150 privateeyes@verizon.net The Basics: Private Eyes Unlimited and the Holiday Inn present the interactive Musical Comedy Murder Mystery Theater production “Death at Bucks Honky Tonk Bar and Grill” Saturday, June 5th. Private Eyes Unlimited has presented dozens of murder mystery shows throughout the Finger Lakes region and “Bucks” has become a crowd favorite. The cast of seasoned actors and musicians have honed their improvisational skills with shows for the benefit American Red Cross of the Finger Lakes, Corning Glass Employees, Child Care Council of the Finger Lakes, Habitat for Humanity and many other organizations. All of their productions include live music performed by the actors. For “Bucks”, the cast becomes the fabled Trailblazer’s band from that beautiful Nashville suburb, Rancid Tennessee. They are a band that can play both country AND western, and they delight the crowd with original tunes specially written for the show by PEU music director (and bass player) Ralph Sinicropi, with a little help from the group’s director (and drummer) Stephen Beals. Cast members include Beals and Sinicropi of Seneca Falls, who portray Buck Bouquet and Billy Bob Montana, respectively, Jeb and Ellie Albro of Seneca Falls who play Chet West and Carol Sue Simms, R.J. Ropoza of Geneva as Willy Nilly, Kathy Hadley of Seneca Falls as Cheryl Sue Simms, Aaron Isaacs of Geneva as Rev. Jerry Baker, and Karen Beals of Seneca Falls as Thelma Louise Bouquet. The audience is invited to play detective to discover who commits the inevitable murder and what the motive was. Prizes are awarded to the table who performs the best detective work. The show at the Waterloo Holiday Inn will feature a special country menu including a basket of Home Style Biscuits, Corn Muffins and Whipped Butter, Countryside Greens with Ranch Dressing, an Entrée Combo of BBQ Smoked Chicken Breast and Grilled Sausage. Fresh Cob Corn, Skillet Potatoes, and Jack Daniels Baked Beans will be served on Family Style Platters with Strawberry Shortcake for dessert. A cash bar will be available; with cocktails beginning at 6pm and dinner at 7pm. Tickets are $35 and includes dinner, live theatre, taxes and gratuity.
