- IRISH CEILI DANCE MAY 8TH Rochester, NY--The Boland School of Traditional Irish Dance in conjunction with the Celtic Music Society of East Rochester High School will be hosting an Irish Ceili on Saturday, May 8th, 6 P.M. at East Rochester High School, 200 Woodbine Avenue. This family friendly event will include live performances by the Celtic Music Society, East RochesterÃs traditional Irish music ensemble, as well as exhibition dances by the Boland School Irish Dancers. In true Ceili fashion, attendees will also have the opportunity to learn various Irish ceili dances, as the Ceili caller leads this Irish style square dance. Refreshments will be available for purchase and dance instruction will be provided. Come celebrate Irish culture with live music, dancing and fun for the whole family! Admission cost is $5 with a $20 family maximum and children age 5 and younger are free! Tickets are available at the door or at the Irish Import Shops on Ridge Road in Greece and in Pittsford Plaza.
