- Who am I: I am a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher and have been teaching yoga and leading yogic healing study groups in the Greater Rochester area for the past 7 years. I offer private mentoring sessions from a yogic perspective to bring more light, independence and joy in dealing with issues such as anger, stress or pain from having been abused as a child. Class: Peace: Inner Peace/World Peace. Why it matters at the individual level? What can individuals do? This is an experiential class for the mind, the body and the spirit.
