- Presented By - Paulette Birch, Rochester Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC) The second session in a series of four sessions is directed at companies actively seeking opportunities for government contracts. Rochester PTAC will lead this session on April 21, 2004 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM and repeated at 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM at the Rochester Business Alliance, 150 State Street offices, 3rd Floor Conference Room.
