POLARITY YOGA
Join us in an evening of Polarity Yoga exercises. These energy exercises can easily be incorporated into your regular exercise routine or be used as your primary fitness routine. Polarity Yoga is a fast and efficient system of exercise developed by Dr. Randolph Stone specifically for busy people who donít have a lot of time to devote to exercise. What is unique about the Polarity exercises is that they are based on Dr. Stoneís understanding of the wireless energy anatomy in the body, and they work in alignment with the laws of gravity. Polarity Yoga is designed to clear and strengthen the energy fields of the body, which is why it works wonderfully with any other exercise system. Polarity Yoga is done slowly and with consciousness to enhance the benefit. You will learn to feel the energy in your body by performing several types of exercises and end with a relaxation technique. It is suggested that you wear comfortable clothing and do not eat for 2 hours prior to the class. Please call 424-2323 to sign up.
