- Polar Bear Awareness Week 5/16/04-5/22/04
- Learn more about polar bears and how they differ from their cousins. Be sure to visit our own polar bears and watch them swim and play. 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day.

- Mother/Child/Art Exploration
- Sunday, May 16th from 2 to 4 p.m. mothers and children are invited to use the artwork to examine their relationships together during the Mother/Child Art Exploration at Rochester Contempoary, 137 East Avenue. The artwork will serve as a catalyst for informal discussions and questions about the dynamics between mothers and children. Because of the nature of some of the artwork, this event may not be suitable for children under 12.
