- Christopher's Bear Parade
- In conjunction with September's National Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, CURE Childhood Cancer Association and Christopher's Challenge of the Rochester Area Community Foundation, present the 4th annual Christopher's Bear Parade. Bring your teddy bear and walk in the Teddy Bear Parade at 2 p.m. Immediately following the parade, enjoy a performance by Gary the Happy Pirate. The first 250 children to register will receive a goodie bag. The parade and performance are FREE with regular paid zoo admission. Call (585) 336-7200 for more information. A bone marrow drive will take place in the Kodak ECO Center from 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. All costs associated with testing will be covered by Christopher's Challenge.
