- From 10:00 a.m. to 4 p.m. bring your injured or sick teddy bears/favorite plush to our fist-ever Teddy Bear Clinic. For regular admission to the zoo or free admission for zoo members plus a co-pay of $3 per patient, your child's "much loved" plush animal will be examined, bandaged, repaired or cared for by health care professionals from the Monroe County Medical Society. - Teddi "T" Sports Fest at MCC
- The Teddi "T" Sports Fest at MCC will include a 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament and 4-on-4 Grass Volleyball Tournament and a Roller Hockey Clinic for boys and girls ages 8-13 will be held at the ESL Sports Centre on Saturday, July 12, 2003. Youth Sports Clinics for girls and boys ages 8-13 in Soccer, Tennis, Basketball and Football will take place at MCC on Sunday, July 13, 2003. - LINWOOD GARDENS WORKSHOP SACRED CIRCLES – HEALING JOURNEYS Pavilion, NY: “SACRED CIRCLES – HEALING JOURNEYS” will be the featured one-day workshop with Harriette Royer and Ruth Montgomery on Saturday, July 12, 2003, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Linwood Gardens, 1912 York Rd., Pavilion, NY. Cost: $65 Harriette Royer, a labyrinth steward, and Ruth Montgomery, a clay and collage artist will tap the energies of thousands of years of human interaction with labyrinths and mandalas in this one-day workshop. Participants will have the opportunity to create their own unique mandala and use it as a “spirit map” as they walk the Linwood labyrinth. The cost of the workshop is $65.
